What you choose to send
With your consent, live microphone audio travels through the app relay to OpenAI. Still images require separate opt-in. The app does not retain raw recordings or transcripts. Provider processing, retention and required legal records can have separate rules.
Account data controls
Exports contain synced account data and measurement sources, not audio, images or transcripts. Downloads expire after 24 hours. Deletion stops account access immediately; active-system removal targets 30 days. Renewals must be resolved first. Billing, tax, security and backup records can have separate retention. Offline copies on other devices are revoked when they reconnect. Provider processing may occur outside your country. Legal retention periods and regional terms remain under review.
