Controls
The small print
Exports contain synced account data and measurement sources, not audio, images or transcripts. Downloads expire after 24 hours. Deletion stops account access immediately; active-system removal targets 30 days. Renewals must be resolved first. Billing, tax, security and backup records can have separate retention. Offline copies on other devices are revoked when they reconnect. Provider processing may occur outside your country. Legal retention periods and regional terms remain under review.
Optional audio and images travel from your browser through our application relay to OpenAI. Supabase stores account data; Stripe handles payments. OpenAI’s standard Realtime abuse-monitoring retention is up to 30 days, subject to exceptions. Account deletion does not instantly erase provider logs or backups.
