Questions dads ask

Do I need to download an app?

No. It runs in Safari or Chrome. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens full-screen, like an app.

Is the camera recording me?

No. The camera is analysed on your phone, and no video is recorded or uploaded. Still images stay off unless you opt in, and the microphone only works once you allow it.

What if my kid needs me mid-set?

Tap pause, or say “pause” when your buddy is on. Your sets so far are saved and there is no streak to break.

What happens when buddy minutes run out?

The voice stops and your workout carries on. You keep the timers, the counts and your saved sets.

I’m out of shape. Is this for me?

Yes. Start with the gentlest buddy and a short workout, and go at your pace. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest symptoms. If you have a health condition, check with a professional first.
