How it works

Phone on the floor. Voice in your ear. Go.

Everything happens in your browser. No app, no gym, no equipment unless you want it.

  1. A phone leaning against a stack of books on a wooden floor, facing the room.

    Prop your phone or iPad

About 2 m away with your whole body in view. A shelf, a chair or a stack of books works.

  2. A man in the bottom of a squat with his hands clasped, seen from the phone’s point of view.

The camera counts, on your device

Squats, push-ups, lunges and more are counted on your phone or iPad. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. Counts are estimates and say so.

  3. A man in an earbud holds a push-up on a rug in a dim living room.

    A voice in your ear

Pick how hard it pushes. Say “pause”, “skip” or “I need a break” any time.

  4. A dad lifts his baby overhead in a bright living room.

    Life happens. Pause.

Kid needs you? Tap pause or say it. Your sets are saved and there is no streak to break.

Every number says how it was measured

  • Camera-counted

Counted by the camera on your device. An estimate, never a form score.

  • Timed

Moves done for a set time.

  • Hold timer

Holds timed from start to stop. Time, not posture.

  • You log it

Sets you tell us you did.

What you need

  • A phone or iPad with Safari or Chrome
  • About 2 × 2 m of floor
  • Headphones, if you want the buddy (optional)
  • Weights or a bar only if you have them
